Joe Post is a filmmaker that has worked on no budget productions for many years. His skill of making one dollar look like thousand lead him writing and directing the independent  film "When the Old Phone Rings." in 2015.  Joe is currently working as a freelancer filmmaker in Los Angeles in the camera department.
